Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any original qualification recognised as similar by Central Government. campaigners having integrated binary degree( IDD) instrument should insure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before16.08.2021. 

Those who are in the final time/ semester of their scale may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally named, they will have to produce evidence of having passed the graduation examination on or before16.08.2021.( further Details Please Read Official Notification)
