The Hon'ble court had on Tuesday passed an order in the Gujarat High Court against the hearing of Korona Suo Moto. In the order, the high court told the state government that the second wave of corona was spreading rapidly in rural areas. Because RTP-CR facilities and other infrastructural facilities are not available in rural areas.
This problem leads to delays in diagnosis and delays in treatment of such patients. The court also sought important suggestions and answers from the government on other issues like remedy, oxygen.

The court also said that, in the opinion of medical experts, an intensive drive for vaccination could save lives or at least prevent the development of serious infections. The court directed the central government to keep the information on record for this.
