A conspiracy to bomb Bihar trains has been linked to the June 17 parcel blast at the Darbhanga railway station following the arrest of two militants in Lucknow. Imran Malik and Mohammad Nasir Khan, who were arrested from Hyderabad by the National Security Agency (NIA) in the blast, were ISI militants. Both were residents of Kairana in Shamli district. A large quantity of IED bomb making equipment was found in the houses of Imran and Nasir. IED-making equipment has also been recovered from the homes of Ansar Gajwatul Hind terrorists Minhaj and Masiruddin alias Mushir, who were captured from Lucknow this time. It is believed that this time too Imran Kana gave a message to the terrorists.
