The state government will purchase groundnut at subsidized price. Online registration process for farmers will start from Sunday (September 25) to October 24.

From tomorrow (25 September 2022), registration for groundnut purchase at support price will start. Farmers can register till October 24. The purchase of groundnut at support price will start from Labha 5th. 5,850 per quintal of groundnut will be purchased. In which mug, urad and soybeans will also be purchased from the fifth benefit. Purchases will be made at support prices for 90 days. Gujcomasol will be the nodal agency for procurement at support prices. Importantly, groundnut income has already started in Sabarkantha's Himmatnagar market yard. 3200 bags of peanuts have been received. A large number of farmers have arrived to sell  peanuts .

Farmers village or area wise application is made through VCE Operator appointed by the Government on the portal given below. Farmers can register at subsidized rates by visiting APMC (Marketyard) or eGram Kendra Portal (Village Panchayat Centre).

In order to double the income of the farmers of the state, there has been an increase from Rs 92 to Rs 523 per quintal in different crops compared to last year.
