Rain will spoil the fun of Navratri! Rain may fall in some districts of the state today, disappointment among sportsmen



The Meteorological Department has predicted normal rainfall in Gujarat. Even today, the Meghraja will conduct padramani in many districts of the state.

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there will be normal rains for ninety-nine days during Navratri. From time to time, Meghraja will rule in North Gujarat and South Gujarat. Even today it will rain in some districts of the state.

Today there will be rain in areas including Junagadh, Gir-Somnath, Surat, Tapi

Rain may occur in some districts of the state today. Junagadh, Gir-Somnath, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Chotaudepur, Surat, Tapi, Narmada, Navsari, Dang and Valsad are also likely to receive rain in the state.

Yesterday also there was rain in some districts of the state

It is worth mentioning that yesterday there was torrential rain in Amreli-Babra city in Saurashtra. After a long break, the rains made an entry on the eve of Navratri. On the other hand, this rain is now proving to be unseasonal for the farmers. Crops including cotton and groundnut, soybean are feared to be damaged.

After yesterday afternoon, the rain caused havoc in Dhanera of Banaskantha. The second Norat also received drizzle. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there were clouds in rural areas including Dhanera. Talking about South Gujarat, rain entered Bharuch yesterday. Rain lashed various areas of the city.

Chance of normal rain in Gujarat in the coming days

The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of normal rainfall in Gujarat in the coming days. Especially in Ahmedabad, the next 2 days are normal rains. The city will have cloudy weather. Along with this, rain has also been predicted in Kheda and Banaskantha. In Sourashtra too, rain showers may occur in Junagadh and Amreli.

Scattered rain likely from September 28 to October 1: Ambalal Patel

Ambalal further said that strong winds will blow in the sea till October 5. After October 10, light air pressure will be created in the Bay of Bengal, but the departure of monsoon has started. Heavy rains are likely in some parts of North India during the last days of monsoon. According to Ambalal's forecast, chances of rain in Navratri are quite high in Gujarat. There is a possibility of light rain showers especially in North and Central Gujarat. From September 28 to October 1, scattered rain may occur in North and Central Gujarat and also in South Gujarat and Saurashtra.
